What to Wear
“Conscious casual” attire is the theme. We are all about embracing you and want this to be an experience to show off your authentic self. After all, we are gathering to create even more connectivity and community. All events will be low key.
We will take advantage of 1440’s amazing location among the redwoods – there are beautiful hiking trails and we may have outdoor activities, so boots or outdoor shoes are recommended. There will also be wellness activities, such as yoga, qigong and meditation, so comfort is key!
1440 Multiversity offers an immersive experience with the opportunity to stay on campus during the program. Space is limited, so we highly encourage booking as soon as possible to ensure your spot. Here is a list of all room types available for your stay, ranging from $140 – $370 per night.
Call to Book: speak with Reception at 844-544-1440 x 1 and ask for World Changing Women’s Summit or Group 32603.
Book Online: group booking link – please note that if your reservation includes dates prior to or after the summit, this can be modified during the process – simply choose a room and then follow the prompts to “Add Accommodations”.
We recommend flying into San Jose International Airport (SJC) Less than 40 minutes from the event venue, San Jose offers direct flights from Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, and Las Vegas, with flight times ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
Alternatively, you may consider one of the following airports:
San Francisco International Airport (SFO), approximately 53 minutes
Oakland International (OAK) – approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes
Transportation to/from 1440
The best option for getting from your respective airport to 1440 is either rental car or a rideshare service.
We’ve also created a shared document for those who are interested in connecting and riding together. What a great way to get the event started before you even arrive on campus. Here is a link to the survey – at the end you can view a complete list of other attendee travel plans and reach out directly to make a connection.
If you choose to drive, parking will be available on the 1440 Multiversity campus. Directions to campus may be found here. Please inquire at the lodge upon arrival for specific parking details.
