How can I pay for a membership?

Members can choose to pay for a monthly membership (cancel anytime), or save 25 percent with an annual membership. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal.  We do not currently accept checks.

Can I gift a membership?

Yes! When you go to check out, simply indicate that the membership is a gift for someone else. You can also select an E-Mail and mailing address different from your billing address.

Do you offer organizational or bulk membership rates?

Yes! We ask that you fill out a short survey about your organizational or bulk membership request and we will reach out to you within 48 hours: Fill out the survey here.

Do you offer memberships for people outside the US?

Yes, we’re happy to welcome members into the Conscious Company community from anywhere in the world. We charge an extra $2/month to cover international shipping costs for members outside the US who opt in to receive our quarterly print magazine.

How long will it take to get my first magazine?

You should receive your first issue within 3-5 business days. Delivery times outside of the US vary from 3-10 business days depending on the destination. You’ll have instant access to digital versions of all past Conscious Company issues instantly upon signup. 

Can I buy a print copy of the magazine without becoming a member?

Yes, you can still pick up a copy of the magazine at select newsstands and retail locations including Whole Foods, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Barnes & Noble, and select grocers.

Can I buy back issues?

Back issues of the magazine are currently only available to members. Digital access to all back issues is included in all membership levels, and only members have the option to purchase print copies of back issues. 

Do you offer a free trial?

We currently do not offer a free trial option. But you can read 3 articles per month for free on our website, and if you sign up for our Basic membership ($7/month), you can cancel at any time.

What is the frequency of Conscious Company magazine?

The magazine is produced quarterly with new issues released the first day of January, April, July, and October.

What if I only want the digital magazine?

Really? You don’t want our gorgeous flagship product? 

If you choose to opt out of receiving our print magazine for environmental reasons or just plain personal preference, we won’t judge you too hard. That said, we have an active partnership with Print Releaf meaning for every tree that is used in the making of Conscious Company Magazine, a tree is planted by the Print Releaf team. At this time, we don’t offer a separate pricing option for digital-only members. You can, however, choose to opt out of receiving the print magazine when you register.  

What is your refund policy?

Really? You don’t want our gorgeous flagship product? 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience as a member of the Conscious Company community, please reach out to us at members@consciouscomag.com, and we will be happy to reimburse you for the most recent 30 day billing period. Annual membership are eligible for a refund on a pro-rated basis.
