I want to become a member

How can I pay for a membership?

Members can choose to pay for a monthly membership (cancel anytime), or save 25% with an annual membership. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal.  We do not currently accept checks.

Can I gift a membership?

Yes! When you go to check out, simply indicate that the membership is a gift for someone else using this gift subscription link. You can also select an E-Mail and mailing address different from your billing address.

How do I redeem a membership given to me as a gift?

Simply follow this Redeem Gift Subscription link and enter your Redeem Code to activate your gifted membership.

Do you offer memberships for people outside the US?

Yes, we’re happy to welcome members into the Conscious Company community from anywhere in the world. We charge an extra $2/month to cover international shipping costs for members outside the US who opt in to receive our quarterly print magazine. If you opt out of receiving the print magazine, you will not be charged for additional shipping. 

How long will it take to get my first magazine?

You should receive your first issue within 3-5 business days. Delivery times outside of the US vary from 3-10 business days depending on the destination. You’ll have instant access to digital back issues of Conscious Company Magazine instantly upon signup. 

Can I buy a print copy of the magazine without becoming a member?

Yes, you can still pick up a copy of the magazine at select newsstands and retail locations including Whole Foods, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Barnes & Noble, and select grocers.

What about back issues?

Print copies of back issues are currently only available to members. To place an order, please email members@consciouscomag.com. Digital access to back issues is included in all membership levels.

Do you offer a free trial?

Currently we do not offer a free trial, but anyone can read 3 articles per month on our website, in addition to buying one-off issues at select newsstands. Monthly membership tiers provide the option to cancel anytime if you don’t love it.

What is the frequency of Conscious Company magazine?

The magazine is produced quarterly with new issues released the first day of January, April, July, and October.

What if I only want the digital magazine?

If you choose to opt out of receiving our print magazine for environmental reasons or just plain personal preference, we won’t judge you (too harshly). That said, we have an active partnership with Print Releaf meaning for every tree that is used in the making of Conscious Company Magazine, a tree is planted by the Print Releaf team. At this time, we do not offer a separate pricing option for digital-only members. You can, however, choose to opt out of receiving the print magazine when you register.  International members who opt out of receiving the print magazine will not be charged for for additional shipping.

How can I be considered as a speaker for a future CCM event?

Please fill out this speaker recommendation form! Note: we give preference to recommendations from members and folks who have attended our past events.

Also note: we get far more speaker requests than we have slots available. Consider submitting an article pitch if you’d like to get your voice in front of our audience.

How can I access my receipt or proof pf purchase for my records?

To get a copy of your receipt, go to My Account > View Billing History to download or print a copy of the receipts.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience as a member of the Conscious Company community, please reach out to us at members@consciouscomag.com, and we will be happy to reimburse you for the most recent 30 day billing period. Annual membership are eligible for a refund on a pro-rated basis.

My magazine arrived damaged; can I get a replacement?

We’re so sorry, and yes! Please email members@consciouscomag.com to let us know which issue needs to be replaced, and a new one should arrive within 3-5 business days.

How do I purchase a print copy of an old issue?

Way to use a lesser-known member perk! To obtain back issues of the print magazine ($12/issue), please email members@consciouscomag.com. Be sure to include the number of copies you want and which issue(s) you are interested in. Bulk pricing is available; inquire for details.
